Copyright, media and personal rights law
Copyright law is often underestimated in everyday life. The use of third-party (advertising) texts, images, files, presentations and technical drawings can be illegal.
Copyright law is of special relevance in the internet. The illegal downloading of films and music in the context of file sharing is particularly well known. Statements in social media, namely portal ratings, also often provide grounds for dispute.
Focus of our activities are:
- Assertion of and defense against claims in copyright disputes
- Violations of personal rights, in particular portal ratings
- Law of oral and visual public reporting
- License agreements and rights of use
